Privacy Policy

Effective date: October 20, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Jirouxiaobai Uploader ("the tool", "we") handles information. The tool is operated by the creator of the YouTube channel 肌肉小白 (@jirouxiaobai) and is used only by that creator to upload videos to the creator's own channel. Before using the tool, the user must read and agree to this Privacy Policy.

1. Use of YouTube API Services

The tool uses the YouTube API Services to upload videos and set their details. By using the tool, the user is also subject to the YouTube Terms of Service and the Google Privacy Policy.

2. Information we access, collect and store

• Authorization token. When the user signs in with Google and grants access, the tool receives an OAuth refresh token. It is stored on our own server in a file that only the server administrator can read.
• Account email address. The email address of the authorized Google account is read once, to confirm that access was granted for the correct channel, and is stored together with the token.
• Video information we send. The tool sends video files, titles, descriptions, tags, category, language settings, translations, thumbnails and publishing schedules to YouTube. All of this content is created by the channel owner.
• Upload results. YouTube returns the ID and status of each uploaded video. The tool uses this only to confirm that an upload and its schedule were accepted, and does not keep it longer than 30 days.

The tool requests only the permission to upload videos (youtube.upload) and the basic sign-in permission to read the account email address. It does not read the user's other videos, comments, subscribers, messages or analytics.

3. How we use information

Information is used only to upload and schedule the channel owner's videos on the channel owner's YouTube channel. It is not used for advertising, profiling or any other purpose.

4. Sharing

We do not sell, rent or share information with any third party. Information is sent only to Google / YouTube, as needed to upload videos through the YouTube API Services.

5. Cookies and tracking

This website and the tool do not use cookies, analytics, advertising or tracking technologies, and do not store information on the user's device or browser.

6. Storage, security and retention

• The authorization token and email address are stored on our server with access limited to the administrator, and are kept only while the user's authorization remains valid.
• When the authorization is revoked, the token and email address are deleted within 7 days.
• Upload results are deleted within 30 days.

7. How to revoke access

The user can revoke the tool's access at any time through the Google security settings page. The tool also has a revoke command that cancels the authorization with Google and deletes the stored token immediately. If access is revoked through Google, the stored data is deleted within 7 days of us becoming aware of it, and in any case within 30 days.

8. Requests for deletion

To ask for deletion of stored data, contact us at the address below. We will delete it within 7 days.

9. Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will update this page and the effective date above.
